LHA were commissioned to redesign and extend this large four bedroom family home.  The interior is to be completely remodelled to suit the owner's lifestyle. The finish will be contemporary.

LHA are in the planning stages with this characterful kitchen extension to a cottage set in the beautiful hamlet of Bures.  The brief was to maintain the existing character of the cottage, but incorporate a fit for purpose, modern kitchen.  We also made space for a downstairs shower room and small utility room.

LHA have recently been commissioned to undertake designs to reconfigure and renovate a home in West Colchester.  Our design has transformed the house to provide four bedrooms, family bathroom and ensuite at first floor.  We worked closely with our client to maximise their living space and improve the external appearance of their home.

Our client appointed us to carry out a feasibility study to explore the options for extending their 3 bedroom family home.  Our design provides them with a fantastic Kitchen, Living and Dining Space, a Study, a Utility Room and a Ground Floor Shower Room.  The design will see light pouring into this fantastic, multi-use space.

LHA recently undertook an Estate Strategy Masterplan for a Secondary Academy in London.  The school is split across three sites and is a mix of heritage and contemporary buildings.  We have devised a long term strategy to develop the school to meet the needs of the curriculum now and into the future.

LHA are soon to start on site with this hip to gable loft conversion, with dormer, in Colchester.  We have designed a master suite that provides the client with fantastic space for their growing family.  Our expertise managed to secure this design under permitted development rules which avoided a protracted planning process.

Our client owns a Grade II listed property in the heart of Witham, Essex.  All alterations require consent, so we assisted the client in gaining permission for internal alterations.  Through good dialogue with the planning officer and heritage consultant, we secured the consent our client needed to make the changes.

LHA are in the process of developing a scheme for a ground floor extension and loft conversion in Colchester, Essex.  The client was looking to extend their living and bedroom space.  Our solution not only extends the family's living space, it adds a ground floor toilet and utility room.  At the second floor, a dormer extension provides an extensive master bedroom suite with ensuite and dressing room.
